A Healing Journey Reveals Your Soul Family and Your Legacy
I believe with my whole heart that a healing journey reveals your soul family, and your purpose. And knowing your purpose will reveal your legacy.
When you start healing with other women, something powerful begins to happen. Your purpose stops being just an idea in your mind and starts becoming something you can actually see, feel, and live. The wisdom you receive, the wisdom you earn, and the relationships you build along the way begin shaping the woman you are becoming, and somewhere in that becoming, your legacy starts to reveal itself too.
✨Healing is not just about what you release.
It is also about who finds you, who walks beside you, who helps you rise, and who you become for the women who come after you.
My healing journey has not been one simple thing. It has been self-reflection, meditation, prayer, journaling, EMDR therapy, weight loss, a vegan lifestyle, strength training, physical therapy, nervous system work, spiritual coaching, mindset work, and learning how to nourish myself in a completely different way.
It has been learning how to stop abandoning myself. Learning how to stop tolerating relationships, environments, and beliefs that required me to be smaller than I actually am. Learning how to listen to my body. Learning how to value my own voice. Learning how to notice what hurt, what healed, and what was no longer aligned with the woman I was becoming. As I changed, my relationships changed. My circle changed. The presence of supporting women in my life grew exponentially.
Not because I became better than anyone, but because I became more honest. I became more aware of what I needed, what hurt, and what healed. I became more aware of who could actually meet me in the woman I was becoming, and that is what healing does.
Healing changes what you can receive, who feels safe, who can find you, and the rooms you belong in. Healing changes the women you attract, because once you start choosing yourself, you begin finding women who are also choosing themselves. Women who understand the language of becoming. Women who do not compete with your growth. Women who are not threatened by your light. Women who see your expansion and say, “Yes. Keep going.”

Finding Your Soul Family
That is soul family, and I believe your soul family is one of the most sacred forms of wealth.
The Women Who Helped Me Heal
When I think about this pillar, I think about the women who have helped me become who I am becoming. Women who had knowledge I did not have yet. Women who had tools I needed. Women who had walked further in certain areas and were able to turn around and offer guidance.
My mindset coach, Eileen, was there when I first started taking my healing journey seriously.
My physical fitness coach, Giigo, helped me reconnect with my strength, discipline, and physical power.
My EMDR therapist, Theresa, has helped me process wounds I could not simply think my way out of.
My spiritual coach, Molly, helped me deepen my connection to my intuition, my inner world, and my purpose.
Lee and Beverly, my physical therapy release gals, helped me understand my body in ways I had never understood before.
These women were not random. They were part of the path. Each one carried a different kind of medicine. Mindset medicine. Body medicine. Nervous system medicine. Spiritual medicine. Emotional medicine. Physical healing medicine. And what I have realized is that these women helped mother parts of me back to life. They offered feminine guidance I deeply needed.
They helped me see myself differently. They helped me come back into relationship with my body, my mind, my emotions, my spirit, and my power. They helped me become more whole.
Sometimes the feminine guidance we need does not come from the women we were born to. Sometimes it comes from the women our healing leads us to. Sometimes you need a woman outside your family system to help you see what your family system could not.
Sometimes you need a coach, a therapist, a mentor, a healer, a teacher, a sister, or a woman who understands what it means to move through the world in a female body. A woman who understands how much women have been conditioned to shrink, silence themselves, disconnect from their bodies, abandon their desires, and make themselves easier for others to handle.
Sometimes you need a woman who has walked through her own fire to stand in front of you and say: “You are not broken. You are becoming.” And beyond soul mothers and mentors, there are soul sisters.

Soul Sisters
My Soul Sisters have been revealed to me over the last few years, and I have been blessed to meet women who have walked beside me in different seasons of becoming.
Michelle is my soul sister who has brought so much self-love and relationship wisdom into my life. She is not afraid to call me out on my bullshit, but she always does it with clean honesty, deep love, and the kind of truth that helps me grow.
Amina has been there since the beginning of this healing journey. She has always shown me deep love, support, encouragement, and beautiful spiritual insight. She was one of the first women on this path who truly saw me, my beautiful, radiant self inside and out, and kept reflecting that light back to me.
Christine and I knew each other in high school, but we did not truly connect until about 15 years later when we randomly ran into each other at a local park. We were both beginning new chapters, both on our own healing journeys, and over the last three years we have become two of each other’s biggest cheerleaders.
Guissel is my beautiful, ambitious entrepreneur friend who reminds me to keep pushing in my own business and creative endeavors. Her drive, spark, and hunger for more inspire me to keep showing up for the life I am building.
Varesha is my favorite travel buddy, a spark of joy, laughter, adventure, and fun. She is a badass retired cop meets spiritual girlie, vibrant and full of life, and she reminds me that aging can look like radiance, freedom, humor, softness, strength, and absolute joy.
And to all the other beautiful women I have connected with over the last few years, thank you. Some of you have been mirrors. Some of you have been medicine. Some of you have been reminders. Some of you have been proof that a healing journey really does reveal your soul family.
What I love most is that this has not been one-sided. We have journeyed together. We have held each other through different seasons. We have shared wisdom, tears, laughter, prayers, encouragement, hard truths, and little moments that became big medicine.
✨ That is soul family. That is legacy.
✨ That is women helping women rise.
✨ The Legacy of Women Helping Women Rise
The more I heal, the more I understand that my mission is not just personal. It is collective. Because every time one woman heals, she changes the frequency of the rooms she enters. She changes the way she loves, dates, works, eats, speaks to her body, spends money, creates, allows herself to be seen, and chooses what kind of love she will accept. She changes the kind of legacy she leaves, and when she shares that healing, she gives other women permission to begin their own.

The Legacy She Leaves
This is why I share. This is why I write. This is why I speak. This is why I create. This is why I cook. This is why I tell the truth about my body, my weight loss, my wounds, my spiritual path, my relationships, my financial dreams, my failures, my breakdowns, my breakthroughs, and my becoming. Because I know there is a woman somewhere who needs to hear that she is not the only one. She is not too much. She is not behind. She is not broken. She is not crazy for wanting more. She is not wrong for wanting a life that feels beautiful, wealthy, nourishing, sensual, spiritual, powerful, and free. And if my life can become evidence of that for another woman, then that is legacy.

Why I Claim the Title: Godmother of Women
After walking this healing path, after being guided by women, loved by women, challenged by women, held by women, and reminded of my power by women, I understand my mission more clearly than I ever have. This is why I now claim the title Godmother of Women.
Not because I am above other women. Not because I have all the answers. Not because I am perfect, finished healing, or untouchable. But because I know what it feels like to need a woman ahead of you to say: “You are not broken. You are becoming.” And I want to become that voice for someone else.
I want my life to become a lantern. I want my healing to become medicine. I want my story to become permission. I want my work to become a path women can walk when they are trying to find their way back to themselves.
✨My mission in this lifetime is to help women come back to themselves. To help women heal the places where they learned to shrink. To help women build trust with their bodies. To help women nourish themselves with love instead of punishment. To help women understand that food can be beautiful, supportive, intentional, and pleasurable.✨
I want to help women reconnect with their strength, trust their intuition, stop handing their power away, and build wealth that includes their body, mind, spirit, home, relationships, creativity, money, purpose, and legacy. That is why The 8 Pillars of Wealth matter to me. Because wealth is not just financial.
Wealth Is Not Just Financial
Wealth is the woman you become. Wealth is the body you live in. Wealth is the peace and spiritual practice you cultivate. Wealth is the nourishment you choose. Wealth is the relationships you allow. Wealth is the courage to leave what is hurting you. Wealth is the wisdom you gain. Wealth is the legacy you create. And my legacy is to help women remember that they are allowed to become more. Not someday. Not when they are perfect. Not when they have it all figured out. Now. From the middle of the mess. From the middle of healing. From the middle of becoming. Because that is where I started too.
My Legacy Statement
My legacy is a movement of remembrance. A legacy of women helping women rise. A legacy of women nourishing themselves instead of punishing themselves. A legacy of women trusting their bodies, honoring their voices, choosing their healing, building wealth, reclaiming pleasure, and becoming the fullest expression of who they came here to be.
When I think about the legacy I want to leave, I think about women. I think about a woman reading something I wrote and feeling less alone. I think about a woman making one of my recipes and feeling proud of how she nourished herself. I think about a woman watching one of my videos and realizing she has been tolerating too much.
I think about a woman seeing my body, my art, my words, my softness, my strength, my sensuality, my spirituality, and my ambition all living in the same woman, and realizing she does not have to split herself into pieces anymore. I think about a woman choosing healing because she saw another woman choose it first.
I think about a woman realizing she can become the first woman in her family to do something different. To love herself differently. To feed herself differently. To speak differently. To build differently. To lead differently. To receive differently. To leave differently. To stay differently. To rise differently.
✨ That is legacy.
✨ That is family.
✨ That is soul family.
✨ That is Godmother consciousness.

If I can help even one woman come back to herself, then my story mattered. If I can help even one woman stop shrinking, then my voice mattered. If I can help even one woman choose nourishment over punishment, then my recipes mattered. If I can help even one woman see herself as powerful, worthy, beautiful, and capable, then my work mattered. That is the legacy I want to leave behind.
❌ Not perfection.
❌ Permission.
❌ Not dependency.
❌ Remembrance.
❌ Not a pedestal.
But a path. That is why I am the Godmother of Women. Not because I want women to need me. Because I want women to remember themselves.
P.S. If you are learning to come back into relationship with your body, your nourishment, your healing, and your becoming, my cookbooks Eat Like a Goddess and Scoop Like a Goddess were created to support that return. They are filled with vegan recipes, mantras, and intentional nourishment for women who are rebuilding trust with themselves from the inside out.

✨Godmother Reflection✨
What women have guided, taught, loved, or reminded you of your power?
What wisdom have you earned that could become a lantern for another woman?
What kind of legacy do you want to leave through the way you love, lead, serve, create, nourish, and show up?
Love you very much.
You got this.
