The 8 Pillars of Wealth: Healing, Abundance, And Making Space

The 8 Pillars of Wealth: Why Healing Requires Making Space

Healing Is Cyclical

Healing Journeys Are Not Always Love And Light. They Are Cyclical.

They move in circles, spirals, breakthroughs, breakdowns, realizations, releases, and returns. There are times when you feel like you are taking a step forward, and there are times when it feels like you are taking a few steps back. Sometimes the same lesson comes around again and again until you finally see it clearly enough to choose differently.

That does not mean you are failing. That means you are healing.

And healing, if you are really doing it, asks something of you. It asks you to let go of old versions of yourself that can no longer carry you into the life you are trying to build.

As you read this, ask yourself: what belief, habit, identity, or old version of you is still taking up space in your inner world?

About a 2 years ago, I got my eight-pointed star tattoo. At the time, I knew I wanted something that represented my divine feminine power. I wanted something that symbolized wealth and abundance, but not just in the financial sense. I wanted a symbol that represented a fuller, richer, more embodied kind of wealth.

That is when I connected deeply with the Star of Lakshmi and the eight-pointed star. To me, this symbol represents the 8 Pillars of Wealth. But as I started living with it, wearing it, and letting it become part of my body, I realized something deeper.

The 8 Pillars of Wealth Are Also Pillars of Healing

The 8 Pillars of Wealth are also the 8 Pillars of Healing.

Because true wealth is not just about how much money you have.

✨True wealth is inner peace.

✨True wealth is nourishment.

✨True wealth is courage.

✨True wealth is wisdom.

✨True wealth is family, legacy, and continuity.

✨True wealth is feminine power, influence, and creative life force.

✨True wealth is victory, success, and achievement.

✨True wealth is abundance and financial prosperity.

And when you begin healing, each of these areas begins to reveal itself. Sometimes gently. Sometimes dramatically. Sometimes through tears, second-guessing, boundaries, endings, and uncomfortable realizations.

That is why I wanted to create this blog series and video series on my social media platforms in such a visceral way. Because healing is not always soft.

Sometimes healing is messy...Sometimes healing is confusing...Sometimes healing is chaotic...Sometimes healing is realizing that the life you have been living is too full of old beliefs to make space for anything new.

That is where the mug rack comes in. For this series, I am using my mug rack as a metaphor for the healing journey. These are not random mugs either. They are Starbucks collectible mugs I have gathered through different seasons of my life, each one carries a memory, a chapter, and a little bit of investment. Some of these mugs have been with me since around 2014. And the rack is full.

That full mug rack became such a clear metaphor for life. Because when your life is like a full mug rack, there is no room for anything new to come in.

No room for new ideas. No room for new beliefs. No room for new habits. No room for new relationships. No room for a new identity. No room for the woman you are becoming.

And if you want to grow, expand, receive, and become, you have to make space.

If Healing Feels Chaotic, You Are Not Lost

If Healing Feels Chaotic, You are not lost

Sometimes making space means breaking away from the old idea of who you are. Sometimes it means breaking away from who other people think you are. Sometimes it means questioning the stories you inherited, the roles you performed, the beliefs you repeated, and the habits you normalized because they once helped you survive.

These mugs represent beliefs I have had about myself.

✨They represent chapters of my life.

✨They represent old patterns.

✨They represent things I allowed.

✨They represent identities I wore.

✨They represent moments when I was still becoming, still learning, still trying to figure out who I was allowed to be.

And some of these have got to go. Not because the past was worthless. Not because every old version of me was wrong. But because not every version of me gets to come with me into the next chapter. That is one of the hardest truths of healing.

You can honor who you were and still release who you no longer are. You can love a chapter and still close it. You can be grateful for what something taught you and still decide it no longer belongs in your life. Healing requires discernment.

Not every mug needs to be smashed. But every mug gets examined. That is important.

This series is not about destroying everything from the past. It is about looking honestly at what still holds truth and what is simply taking up space.

Some things are memories...Some things are medicine...Some things are anchors...Some things are attachments...Some things are old energy dressed up as nostalgia.

And when you really start healing, you learn the difference.

That is why healing can feel so overwhelming.

The More You Heal, The More You See

The More You Heal, The More You See.

You begin to notice the beliefs you did not even realize were running your life. You notice the family patterns you thought were normal. You notice the relationships that were built around an older version of you. You notice the habits that kept you small. You notice the places where you confused loyalty with self-abandonment.

And yes, when you start pulling your energy back, people may become offended. When you start setting boundaries, things may feel chaotic. When you start protecting your peace, some people may not recognize you anymore. That does not mean you are doing it wrong. It may mean you are finally becoming honest.

Healing is a courageous journey because it asks you to stop performing the version of yourself that made everyone else comfortable. It asks you to ask deeper questions.

✨Where am I at peace?

✨Where am I nourished?

✨Where am I powerful?

✨Where am I brave?

✨Where am I wise?

✨Where am I successful?

✨Where am I connected to legacy and love?

✨Where am I abundant, not only financially, but spiritually, emotionally, creatively, and physically?

These are the questions behind The 8 Pillars of Wealth.

And in this series, I am going through them one pillar at a time.

Through my mugs...Through my memories...Through the beliefs I carried...Through the habits I outgrew...Through the old versions of myself I am finally ready to release.

Because there is an abundance that comes with healing. As you work on yourself, more opens.

✨More truth opens.

✨More clarity opens.

✨More courage opens.

✨More opportunity opens.

✨More self-respect opens.

✨More connection opens.

✨More wisdom opens.

✨More wealth opens.

But first, you have to make space.

The rack is full.

And some of these have got to go.

Welcome to Part 1 of The 8 Pillars of Wealth.

Now we begin.

Love you very much.

And you got this.
