I’ve known Danielle for about 6–7 years, possibly even longer, and every moment spent with her has been deeply healing. Danielle is one of those rare humans that exude quiet confidence, is so humble and down to Earth. I’ve known Danielle for 20 years — we met in high school when 'stick thin' was the beauty standard, and neither of us fit that mold. Even back then, she owned who she was. Over the years, I’ve watched her go through life’s ups and downs — relationships, moves, weight struggles — but one thing about Danielle: she never gives up.

When she went vegan, I honestly said ‘good luck’ — but here she is, in the best shape and mindset I’ve ever seen her. She’s living proof that you can rise after setbacks and create the life you want. Her heart, grit, and authenticity would make her an incredible coach.

You likely do not know this, but Danielle is a middle child which inherently means she is a fighter. Even from her lowest points where the ‘mountain’ looked impossible to climb, she has clawed her way to where she is now. That tenacity will transfer to you with her as your coach.

Over the past three years, I’ve seen the fire in Danielle turn into an inferno. In our 20+ years friendship group, she’s the one that I say “if she puts her mind to it, I know she’ll achieve it.” Of that I have no doubt! She has a hunger for self-improvement, but she looks to all walks of life from the spiritual, psychological, social, emotional, intellectual, and cultural realms (to name a few) to better herself and uses those practices to better those around her. That knowledge is a powerful tool and you’re the lucky one who will benefit from it.

This spunky, happy lady will kick your life into high gear! Your life will be infinitely better with her in it. I know this to be true because it’s true for me.

Danielle has been inspiring me for years through our fitness community, and it’s been amazing to witness her transformation along the way. Her emergence has been a true inspiration—watching her come out of her shell, show up on social media, step fully into her power, and evolve into the butterfly she is today.
