Meet the Buff Blueberry Bombshell šŖš«āØSheās vibrant, creamy, packed with blueberries, loaded with vegan protein, and gets an extra little flex from creatine. Because yes ā you can absolutely be both buff and a bombshell.
This high-protein blueberry ice cream is made with simple plant-based ingredients and can be made in a Ninja Creami or with my Lazy-Girl Soft Serve Method if you donāt have one.
I also included my homemade cashew cream recipe so you can choose between coconut cream or a lighter whole-food option, depending on the vibe you want.

Recipe Buff Blueberry Bombshell | High-Protein Blueberry Bliss
Ingredients
2 cups blueberries (fresh or thawed)
1/2 cup coconut cream or cashew cream
1/2 cup plant milk
1.5 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder
2 scoops creatine
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions: Ninja Creami
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Freeze in a Ninja Creami pint for 24 hours.
Spin on the "Ice Cream" setting - full spin.
Re-spin 1 to 2 times as needed; adding 1 tbsp plant milk if needed.
Top with a few fresh blueberries if desired.

Instructions: Lazy-Girl Soft Serve Method
For instant gratification without waiting 24 hours.
You will need an ice cube tray and a high-speed blender.
Pour your blended base into an ice cube tray and freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
Pop cubes into your blender with 1-2 tbsp plant milk, just enough to help it blend.
Blend on high, scraping down as needed, until it turns thick and creamy like soft serve.
Serve right away - goddess patience not required.

Use frozen fruit cubes for natural sweetness and an even creamier texture.
Cashew Cream: Creamy Base Option
Ingredients
1 cup raw cashew
3/4 cup water
Pinch of sea salt
Soak Methods
Quick soak: cover cashews with boiling water, let sit 20-30 minutes, then drain and blend.
Overnight soak: cover cashews with cool water, let sit 6-8 hours, then drain.
Instructions
Add soaked cashews and fresh water to a blender.
Blend until silky smooth.
Adjust water for thickness depending on your recipe.
